PJBS Entretien Ménager Inc. — 6494 Rue Beaubien E, Suite 9, Montréal (Québec) H1M 1A9 — 438-337-2122 — info@pjbs-entretienmenager.com. We provide residential, commercial and industrial cleaning services in Montréal, Laval, Longueuil and the South Shore.

2. Information we collect

Quote and contact forms: name, email, phone number, requested service and message. Careers form: name, contact details, experience, message and attached résumé. Audience measurement (only if you accept): pages visited, device and browser type, approximate origin, without identifying you directly. We do not collect any sensitive information.

3. Why we use it

To answer your requests and prepare your quote, to review job applications, to keep the site working and secure, and to improve its content. We never sell or rent your personal information.

4. Cookies and audience measurement

This site uses technical cookies needed for it to work and, only with your consent, audience measurement tools (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager). These tools load only after you click 'Accept' in the banner. If you refuse, nothing is loaded. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser: the banner will appear again. We do not use any advertising cookies.

5. Sharing and hosting

Your information is shared only with the service providers needed to run the site: hosting (GoDaddy), delivery network and security (Cloudflare), email (Microsoft 365) and, with your consent, Google (audience measurement). Some of these providers may process data outside Quebec or Canada, including in the United States. We choose them carefully and entrust them only with what is necessary.

6. Retention and security

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, then destroy or anonymize it. We apply reasonable safeguards to protect it (secure https connection, restricted access, firewall).

7. Your rights

You may at any time ask to access your information, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent. Write to info@pjbs-entretienmenager.com: we reply within 30 days. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca) or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).

8. Commercial emails

We do not send promotional emails without your express consent, and every commercial message includes a simple way to unsubscribe (CASL).
